How the price is calculated
Fixed-price zones
Some routes, such as airport transfers, have a fixed price that doesn't change with traffic or time of day.
Pickup fee and per-kilometre rate
Outside these zones, the price combines a pickup fee with a rate per kilometre, calculated on the actual route. A night surcharge may apply; it's always shown in the price detail before payment.
VAT included
The price shown already includes the 6% VAT that applies to passenger transport in Belgium. Nothing is added afterwards.
Cancellation policy
Full refund more than 24 hours before pickup, half between 24 and 12 hours, no refund below that. The exact detail is shown again when you book.
