How is a long-distance taxi fare calculated?
The fare depends on the real distance of the journey, measured by road. It is shown before payment, VAT included, and never changes afterwards: no meter, no surcharge on board.
How far in advance should I book?
Online bookings are made in advance, so a driver can be assigned to your trip. For an imminent departure, call us: a dispatcher can arrange the ride by phone.
Can I book the return in the same booking?
Yes. Each leg is priced separately, with its own departure time, and the total fare is shown before payment. The return can be the same day or several days later.
Can the trip start abroad?
Yes, as long as one end of the ride is in Belgium. A Paris → Brussels or Amsterdam → Brussels return books normally; a Paris → Amsterdam trip, with no Belgian end, is not offered.
What does the displayed fare include?
Everything: the driver, the vehicle, fuel, tolls and VAT. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure and be refunded in full.
