Operator identity
The taxigo service is operated by Consultly SRL, a company registered under VAT number BE 0801.030.849, with its registered office at Lambroekstraat 5A, 1831 Diegem, Belgium.
Purpose of the service
taxigo lets you book a taxi ride at a fixed price in Brussels and across the rest of Belgium. The booking specifies the pickup point, the destination, the pickup date and time, the vehicle, and any options selected.
Price and payment
The price shown at the time of booking is the final price, already including the 6% VAT that applies to passenger transport. Payment is made online by card, through our payment provider Stripe, at the time of booking.
Cancellation
The cancellation policy currently in force provides for a full refund more than 24 hours before pickup, a 50% refund between 24 and 12 hours, and no refund within 12 hours. These thresholds are shown in detail when you book and may be adjusted.
Liability
Consultly SRL takes all reasonable steps to ensure the punctuality and quality of every ride. It cannot be held liable for a delay or unavailability resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as traffic conditions, weather conditions, or force majeure.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
